Jicama
1 cup, peeled and julienned
Cucumber
1 cup, diced
Carrot
1 medium, grated
Fresh cilantro leaves
1/4 cup, chopped
Fresh mint leaves
1/4 cup, chopped
Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Fish sauce
1 tablespoon
Lime juice
2 tablespoons

Instructions
