Jicama and Watermelon Salad

- 4 cups, cubed Watermelon
- 1 large, peeled, seeded and diced Cucumber
- 1/4 cup, fresh and finely chopped Mint leaves
- 1/4 cup, freshly squeezed Lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1/2 teaspoon, or to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground, or to taste Black pepper

Instructions
- In a large salad bowl, combine the julienned jicama, cubed watermelon, diced cucumber, and finely chopped mint leaves. Toss gently to mix.
