
Jicama Java
A refreshing and healthy beverage made with jicama, coffee, and a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients
- Mint leaves (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (1 cup)
- Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Coffee (1 cup, brewed and cooled)
- Jicama (1 cup, peeled and diced)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the jicama, coffee, honey, lime juice, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
