Jicama Java

A refreshing and healthy beverage made with jicama, coffee, and a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • Mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Ice cubes (1 cup)
  • Lime juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Coffee (1 cup, brewed and cooled)
  • Jicama (1 cup, peeled and diced)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the jicama, coffee, honey, lime juice, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
  4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
