Ingredients
- Ground coffee
- 2 tablespoons
- Water
- 1 cup
- Cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey
- 1 tablespoon
- Whipped cream
- 1/2 cup
- Cocoa nibs
- 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
Instructions
- Start by brewing the coffee using your preferred method (French press, drip coffee maker, or pour-over) with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee and 1 cup of water.
- While the coffee is brewing, in a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Once the coffee is ready, pour it into two mugs, filling each about halfway.
- Stir in the cocoa powder and cinnamon mixture along with 1 tablespoon of honey into each mug until well combined and the honey is dissolved.
- Top each mug with 1/4 cup of whipped cream, creating a fluffy cap.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cocoa nibs on top of the whipped cream for an added crunch and flavor.
