Tomatoes
2, diced
Lettuce
1 cup, shredded

Sriracha sauce
2 tablespoons
Garlic sauce
1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package.
  2. Spread the frozen fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven until golden and crispy, usually about 20-25 minutes.
  3. While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shawarma meat until heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large oven-safe dish.
  5. Top the fries with the cooked shawarma meat, then sprinkle the shredded Gouda cheese generously over the top.
  6. Place the dish back in the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. In the meantime, prepare the toppings: combine the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and thinly sliced red onion in a bowl.
  8. In a separate small bowl, mix together the garlic sauce and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
  9. Once the cheese has melted, remove the dish from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  10. Top the cheesy fries and shawarma with the prepared lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion mixture.
  11. Drizzle the garlic and Sriracha sauce mixture generously over the top.
  12. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  13. Serve the Kapsalon immediately and enjoy the delicious layers of flavor!
