Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients
- 2 pounds, chopped Ripe tomatoes

Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine the chopped tomatoes, onion, and minced garlic.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the tomatoes are soft.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
