Almond flour
2 cups
Baking powder
1 tablespoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Eggs
4 large
Unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup
Butter, melted
1/4 cup
Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Then add the melted butter, unsweetened almond milk, and apple cider vinegar to the eggs. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
  5. Transfer the batter to the greased loaf pan and use a spatula to smooth out the top.
