
Keto Buffalo Cauliflower Bites
These crispy and spicy buffalo cauliflower bites are a delicious keto-friendly alternative to traditional buffalo wings.
Ingredients
- Celery sticks (for serving)
- Ranch dressing (for serving)
- Butter (2 tablespoons, melted)
- Hot sauce (1/4 cup)
- Egg (1, beaten)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Paprika (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Almond flour (1/2 cup)
- Cauliflower (1 head, cut into florets)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten egg, then coat it with the almond flour mixture. Place the coated florets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix hot sauce and melted butter.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and drizzle the hot sauce mixture over the florets. Toss to coat evenly.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve the buffalo cauliflower bites with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
