Erythritol
1 tablespoon (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons (use tamari for gluten-free)
Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Broccoli florets
4 cups
Chicken breast
1 pound, sliced into thin strips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast with soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside, keeping it warm.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are vibrant green and tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet with the broccoli.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle erythritol over the chicken and broccoli mixture. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well coated.
