- Chicken breasts
- 2, boneless and skinless
- Salt

- Garlic
- 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons, plus more for drizzling
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 large head, chopped
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup, grated, plus more for garnish
- Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the juices run clear.
