2, cooked and shredded
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, freshly grated
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Lettuce leaves
8, washed and dried
Avocado
1, sliced
Cucumber
1, thinly sliced
Red bell pepper
1, thinly sliced
Green onions
2, chopped
Lime
1, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Lay a lettuce leaf flat on a plate. Spoon a generous amount of the marinated chicken mixture onto the center of the leaf.
  3. Top the chicken with avocado slices, cucumber slices, red bell pepper slices, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
  4. Drizzle fresh lime juice over the assembled wrap for a zesty finish.
  5. Fold the sides of the lettuce leaf over the filling, then roll from one end to the other to form a wrap.
