Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Ginger (1 teaspoon, grated)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Sesame oil (1 tablespoon)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Lime (1, juiced)
- Green onions (4, chopped)
- Red bell pepper (1, thinly sliced)
- Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
- Avocado (1, sliced)
- Lettuce leaves (8 large leaves)
- Chicken breast (1 pound, cooked and shredded)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Place a lettuce leaf on a plate and spoon some of the chicken mixture onto the leaf.
- Top with avocado slices, cucumber slices, red bell pepper slices, and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle with lime juice.
- Fold the lettuce leaf over the filling to form a wrap.
