Egg

Erythritol sweetener

Sugar-free chocolate chips
1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, erythritol sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing continuously until a cookie dough forms.
