Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Garlic powder (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Green onions (2, chopped)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
  • Cream cheese (4 oz)
  • Crab meat (8 oz)
  • Large mushrooms (12)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
