- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Everything bagel seasoning
- 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon
- Eggs
- 2, large
- Cream cheese
- 1/2 cup, softened
- Almond flour
- 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, softened cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients come together to form a soft, pliable dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball using your hands.
- Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced. Slightly flatten each ball with the palm of your hand.
- Evenly sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning over the top of the flattened dough balls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
