Ingredients
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dried parsley (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
- Almond flour (2 tablespoons)
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Salmon fillets (2 (6 oz) pieces)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil on both sides.
- Dredge the salmon fillets in the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crust.
- Place the coated salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
