Ingredients

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Dried parsley (1 teaspoon)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Almond flour (2 tablespoons)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
  • Salmon fillets (2 (6 oz) pieces)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
