Ingredients
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Lime (1, juiced)
- Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Sour cream (1/4 cup)
- Cheddar cheese (1/2 cup, shredded)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, thinly sliced)
- Avocado (1, diced)
- Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)
- Romaine lettuce (4 cups, chopped)
- Taco seasoning (2 tablespoons)
- Ground beef (1 pound)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, sliced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Add the cooked ground beef to the salad mixture and toss to combine.
