4
Powdered erythritol
1/2 cup
Cream cheese
8 oz
Heavy cream
1 cup
Strong brewed coffee
1 cup
Sugar-free vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
Keto-friendly ladyfingers
12
Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons
Sugar-free dark chocolate
1 oz, grated

Instructions

  1. Start by separating the egg yolks from the whites. Set the whites aside for another recipe.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the powdered erythritol until the mixture is creamy.
  3. Add in the cream cheese and continue beating until the mixture is well combined and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. This is your Tiramisu filling.
  6. Combine the brewed coffee and sugar-free vanilla extract in a shallow dish.
  7. Dip each keto-friendly ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring both sides are well coated, but not soggy.
  8. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.
  9. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers.
  10. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cream cheese mixture.
  11. Dust the top layer with cocoa powder and sprinkle with grated sugar-free dark chocolate.
  12. Refrigerate the Tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
  13. Serve chilled for a true Italian dessert experience. Enjoy!

Tips

  • 💡 For a fun variation, try replacing the coffee with a keto-friendly coffee-flavored liqueur. If you're not fond of erythritol, you can use another keto-friendly sweetener like Stevia or monk fruit extract.
