Ramen noodles
2 packs
Pork belly
200g, sliced
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Kimchi
1 cup, chopped
Chicken broth
4 cups
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Green onions
2, sliced (for garnish)
Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon (for garnish)
Eggs
2, soft-boiled (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the sliced pork belly and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pot, stirring well, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the chopped kimchi and cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the kimchi to heat through.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.
