Ingredients

Cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Lime juice
3 tablespoons
Cilantro
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Red onion
1/2 cup, finely diced
Red bell pepper
1 large, finely diced
Black beans
2 cups, drained and rinsed
Kiwi
2, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced kiwi, drained black beans, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, and finely chopped cilantro. Mix well to incorporate.
