Ingredients
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime juice
- 3 tablespoons
- Cilantro
- 1/4 cup, finely chopped
- Red onion
- 1/2 cup, finely diced
- Red bell pepper
- 1 large, finely diced
- Black beans
- 2 cups, drained and rinsed
- Kiwi
- 2, peeled and diced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced kiwi, drained black beans, finely diced red bell pepper, finely diced red onion, and finely chopped cilantro. Mix well to incorporate.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create a dressing.
