Kiwi and Pineapple Salsa

This refreshing and tropical salsa is made with kiwi, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and a hint of honey.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla chips (for serving)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Honey (1 tablespoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
  • Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Pineapple (1 cup, diced)
  • Kiwi (4, peeled and diced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced kiwi, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Serve the kiwi and pineapple salsa with tortilla chips.
