
Kiwi and Pineapple Salsa
This refreshing and tropical salsa is made with kiwi, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and a hint of honey.
Ingredients
- Tortilla chips (for serving)
- Salt (to taste)
- Honey (1 tablespoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Pineapple (1 cup, diced)
- Kiwi (4, peeled and diced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced kiwi, pineapple, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit mixture and gently toss to combine.
