Ice cubes
1 cup
Honey
1-2 tablespoons (to taste)
Greek yogurt
1/2 cup
Banana
1, ripe
Pineapple
1 cup, chopped (fresh or canned)
Kiwi
2, peeled and chopped
Coconut water or milk
1/2 cup (for a creamier texture)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the kiwis and chopping the pineapple if using fresh.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped kiwi, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes. For a creamier texture, pour in the coconut water or milk.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.
