Ingredients
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup
- Honey
- 1-2 tablespoons (to taste)
- Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup
- Banana
- 1, ripe
- Pineapple
- 1 cup, chopped (fresh or canned)
- Kiwi
- 2, peeled and chopped
- Coconut water or milk
- 1/2 cup (for a creamier texture)
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by peeling and chopping the kiwis and chopping the pineapple if using fresh.
- In a blender, combine the chopped kiwi, pineapple, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes. For a creamier texture, pour in the coconut water or milk.
