Kiwi and Tomato Salsa

This refreshing salsa combines the sweetness of kiwi with the tanginess of tomatoes for a delicious and vibrant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped (optional))
  • Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
  • Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
  • Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
  • Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Tomatoes (2, diced)
  • Kiwi (4, peeled and diced)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced kiwi, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno (if using).
  2. Add lime juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  3. Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
