Ingredients
- Jalapeno (1, seeded and finely chopped (optional))
- Black pepper (1/4 teaspoon)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Lime juice (2 tablespoons)
- Cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Red onion (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
- Tomatoes (2, diced)
- Kiwi (4, peeled and diced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced kiwi, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeno (if using).
