All-purpose flour

Baking soda

Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon

Vanilla extract

Zucchini
1 cup, grated
Kiwi
1 cup, mashed
Chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the mashed kiwi, grated zucchini, eggs, vegetable oil, honey, and vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped walnuts.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
