Water
1/2 cup
Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon
Honey
2 tablespoons
Kiwi
6, peeled and cut into chunks
Popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Peel the kiwis and cut them into small chunks.
  2. In a blender or food processor, add the kiwi chunks, honey, lime juice, and water.
  3. Blend the mixture until it's smooth and well combined. Ensure there are no chunks left for a smooth popsicle texture.
  4. Pour the kiwi mixture evenly into the popsicle molds.
  5. Carefully insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
  6. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4 hours, or until they're completely solid.
  7. When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen the popsicles.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of these Tropical Kiwi Popsicles.
