- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Miso paste
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 inch, grated Fresh ginger
- 3 cloves, minced Garlic
- 1/2 cup Corn kernels
- 1 cup Bean sprouts
- 2, chopped Green onions
- 2, shredded Nori sheets
- 2, soft-boiled Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced pork belly and cook until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute, stirring frequently, until fragrant.
- Add the soy sauce and miso paste to the pot, stirring well to combine and allowing the miso to dissolve completely.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a simmer. Let it cook for 10 minutes to meld the flavors together.
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles evenly into serving bowls. Pour the hot broth over the noodles.
