2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic cloves

Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, minced
Gochujang (Korean chili paste)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and gochujang. Ensure the ingredients are well mixed.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form each into a patty.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, add the patties.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Ensure the beef is thoroughly cooked to avoid foodborne illness.
  5. While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until lightly golden.
