
Korean Beef Bulgogi Wraps
These Korean beef bulgogi wraps are filled with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.
Ingredients
- Tortillas (4)
- Lettuce leaves (8)
- Cucumber (1, thinly sliced)
- Carrots (2, julienned)
- Green onions (4, thinly sliced)
- Ginger (1 tablespoon, grated)
- Garlic (3 cloves, minced)
- Brown sugar (2 tablespoons)
- Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (1/4 cup)
- Beef sirloin (1 pound, thinly sliced)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced green onions. Mix well.
- Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for more flavor.
- Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- To assemble the wraps, place a lettuce leaf on each tortilla. Top with a few slices of cooked beef, julienned carrots, sliced cucumber, and any additional desired toppings.
- Drizzle with the remaining marinade or your favorite sauce.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
