Korean Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

  • Watermelon (4 cups, cubed)
  • Cucumber (1 large, thinly sliced)
  • Green onions (2, thinly sliced)
  • Fresh mint leaves (1/4 cup, finely chopped)
  • Lime (juice of 1)
  • Honey (2 tablespoons)
  • Salt (1/2 teaspoon)

Instructions
