Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- 2 cups
- Eggs
- 2 large
- Water
- 1/2 cup (adjust as necessary)
- Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons
- Bacon
- 4 slices, chopped
- Onion
- 1 medium, chopped
- Cabbage
- 4 cups, shredded
- Salt

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, and water. Knead until a smooth dough forms, about 5-7 minutes. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin sheet, approximately 1/8 inch thick. Cut the dough into small squares or strips, about 1 inch in size.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta for 3-5 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy, about 5 minutes.
- Add the chopped onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent, approximately 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded cabbage, cooking until wilted and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and gently toss to combine with the cabbage and bacon mixture.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together, stirring occasionally.
