Dried lavender buds
1 teaspoon
Honey
1 tablespoon (or to taste)
Vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon
Lavender syrup
2 tablespoons
Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1 cup
Espresso
1 shot (about 1 ounce)

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of espresso and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling. If using a dairy alternative, be cautious not to let it boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and whisk in the lavender syrup, vanilla extract, and honey until the mixture is well combined and the honey is dissolved.
  4. Using a milk frother or a whisk, froth the milk until it reaches a creamy and foamy consistency.
