Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves (for serving)
- Roasted rice powder (2 tablespoons)
- Thai chili peppers (2, thinly sliced)
- Green onions (1/4 cup, chopped)
- Fresh cilantro leaves (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Fresh mint leaves (1/2 cup, chopped)
- Red onion (1/2 cup, thinly sliced)
- Fish sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Lime juice (3 tablespoons)
- Ground chicken or pork (1 pound)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until fully cooked and browned.
- In a small bowl, mix together lime juice and fish sauce.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground meat, red onion, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green onions, Thai chili peppers, and roasted rice powder.
- Pour the lime juice and fish sauce mixture over the meat mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve the larb mixture on lettuce leaves.
