Ingredients
- Ground chicken or pork
- 1 pound
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 head, for serving
- Roasted rice powder
- 2 tablespoons
- Thai chili peppers
- 2-3, finely chopped (adjust to taste)
- Green onions
- 3, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup, chopped
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup, chopped
- Red onion
- 1/2, finely chopped
- Fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons
- Lime juice
- 3 tablespoons
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until fully cooked and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- While the meat is cooking, prepare the dressing by mixing together lime juice and fish sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a mixing bowl. Add the chopped red onion, mint leaves, cilantro leaves, green onions, Thai chili peppers, and roasted rice powder to the bowl.
- Pour the lime juice and fish sauce mixture over the meat and herb mixture. Toss everything together until well combined and the ingredients are evenly coated.
- To serve, spoon the larb mixture onto individual lettuce leaves, creating wraps. Enjoy the freshness and flavor in every bite!
