Larb

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken or pork
- 1 head, for serving Lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons Roasted rice powder
- 2-3, finely chopped (adjust to taste) Thai chili peppers
- 3, thinly sliced Green onions
- 1/2 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup, chopped Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2, finely chopped Red onion
- 3 tablespoons Fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons Lime juice

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground meat until fully cooked and browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
