- 200g, sliced Mushrooms
- 1, cut into chunks Napa cabbage
- 200g Rice noodles
- As per preference Dipping sauces

Instructions
- Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
- Add the crushed lemongrass, galangal slices, kaffir lime leaves, chopped Thai chili peppers, fish sauce, and sugar into the boiling broth. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
