Lavender Earl Grey Collins

Ingredients

- 100 ml
- Lemon juice
- 30 ml, freshly squeezed
- Gin
- 60 ml
- Earl Grey tea
- 60 ml, brewed and cooled
- Lavender syrup
- 30 ml
Instructions
- Brew the Earl Grey tea and allow it to cool down completely. This can be done ahead of time.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the lavender syrup, cooled Earl Grey tea, gin, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add a handful of ice to the shaker. Secure the lid tightly and shake well for about 15 seconds to combine the ingredients thoroughly.
- Fill a Collins glass with ice up to about two-thirds full.
- Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, pouring it over the ice.
- Top the cocktail with soda water until the glass is full. Gently stir to combine.
