  • Lemon juice (30 ml, freshly squeezed)
  • Gin (60 ml)
  • Earl Grey tea (60 ml, brewed and cooled)
  • Lavender syrup (30 ml)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Earl Grey tea and allow it to cool down completely. This can be done ahead of time.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the lavender syrup, cooled Earl Grey tea, gin, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

  5. Strain the cocktail mixture into the glass, pouring it over the ice.
