
Lavender Mint Lemonade
This refreshing lavender mint lemonade is the perfect summer drink.
Ingredients
- Mint sprigs (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- Ice cubes (1 cup)
- Water (4 cups)
- Sugar (1/2 cup)
- Lemons (4, juiced)
- Fresh mint leaves (1/4 cup)
- Lavender flowers (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the lavender flowers, mint leaves, sugar, and 1 cup of water.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain the lavender mint mixture into a pitcher.
- Add the lemon juice and remaining 3 cups of water to the pitcher.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add the ice cubes to the pitcher and stir again.
- Serve the lavender mint lemonade over ice, garnished with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
