Ingredients
- Fresh lavender flowers
- 1 tablespoon, loosely packed
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup, loosely packed
- Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup
- Water
- 4 cups, divided
- Fresh lemons
- 4, juiced (about 1 cup of lemon juice)
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the lavender flowers, mint leaves, sugar, and 1 cup of water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let the lavender mint mixture steep for 10 minutes to infuse the flavors.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher, stirring well to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- When ready to serve, add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir again to chill the lemonade.
- Pour the lavender mint lemonade into glasses over additional ice, garnishing each glass with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
