Ingredients
- Fresh lavender sprigs

- 1 tablespoon
- Fresh peaches
- 3, pitted and sliced
- Black tea bags
- 3 bags
- Water
- 8 cups
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Remove from heat and add the black tea bags, sliced peaches, and dried lavender buds. Allow to steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on your desired strength.
- Carefully remove the tea bags and strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
- Stir in the honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more honey if desired.
- Refrigerate the tea until fully chilled, about 2 hours.
