Lazy Style Stir Fried Pork

Ingredients

Pork tenderloin
1 pound, thinly sliced
Broccoli florets
2 cups
Carrot
1 large, julienned
Red bell pepper
1, sliced
Green onions
4, chopped
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well to create the sauce mixture.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced pork to the skillet and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the pork is browned and cooked through. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the sesame oil. Sauté the green onions, red bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the prepared sauce mixture.
  6. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and beautifully coats the pork and vegetables.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
  8. Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious stir fry over steamed rice or noodles!
