
Lemon and Dill Linguine

Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh dill (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Lemon juice (1/4 cup)
- Lemon zest (1 tablespoon)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Linguine (8 ounces)
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and dill to the pan. Stir to combine.
- Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss to coat in the lemon and dill sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the linguine with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top.
