Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar has completely dissolved and the mixture comes to a gentle simmer.
- Once simmering, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix well until fully combined.
