Ingredients

Original recipe serves 2

Fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup
Honey
1/4 cup
Fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon, plus extra sprigs for garnish
Sparkling water
2 cups
Ice cubes
as needed
Lemon slices
for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice, honey, and fresh thyme leaves. Mix well until the honey dissolves completely. This forms the base of your cooler.
  2. Pour in the sparkling water and stir gently to combine. The carbonation of the water will help infuse the flavors.
  3. Fill two glasses with ice cubes to the brim. The ice not only chills the drink but also slightly dilutes the intensity of the lemon and thyme as it melts.
  4. Pour the prepared lemon thyme mixture over the ice cubes in each glass.
  5. Finish by garnishing each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme. This adds an extra touch of elegance while enhancing the aroma.
  6. Serve your Lemon Thyme Cooler immediately to fully enjoy the fizz and freshness. Sip and savor the essence of summer!

Tips

  • 💡 For a sweeter drink, add more honey according to your taste.
  • 💡 You can also add a splash of gin or vodka for an adult version of this refreshing cooler.
