- Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons

- 2 cloves, minced

- 1, chopped
- Potatoes
- 2, diced
- Squid
- 500g, sliced
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onions become translucent.
- Introduce the diced potatoes to the pan, cooking for 5 minutes and stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the tomato paste and let it cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Add the diced tomatoes, diced red bell pepper, white wine, and fish stock to the pan. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow it to cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes become tender.
- Add the sliced squid to the pan and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the squid is cooked through and tender.
- Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle the dish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve this flavorful Croatian dish hot, preferably with a side of crusty bread or rice to soak up the delicious tomato-based sauce.
