- Fresh cilantro (1 handful, roughly chopped)

- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Ginger (1 inch, freshly grated)
- Lime juice (juice of 2 limes)
- Chicken breasts (4, boneless and skinless)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. This will be your marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all sides of the chicken are well-coated.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes. For a more intense flavor, cover the dish and leave it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
