
Lime and Ginger Chicken
This lime and ginger chicken is a flavorful and refreshing dish that combines the tanginess of lime with the warmth of ginger.
Ingredients
- Fresh cilantro (2 tablespoons, chopped)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Honey (2 tablespoons)
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Ginger (2 tablespoons, grated)
- Lime juice (1/4 cup)
- Chicken breasts (4 boneless, skinless)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
