- Basmati rice

- Water
- 2 cups
- Fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons
- Lime zest

Instructions
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water in a fine-mesh strainer until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a rapid boil.
