Fresh cilantro
1/4 cup, finely chopped
Salt
1/2 teaspoon, or to taste
Red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon, or adjust to taste
Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
2 cloves, minced
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Fresh lime juice
1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the freshly squeezed lime juice, honey, and soy sauce until well combined.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the mixture and whisk again.
