Ingredients

Lobster tails
2, cooked and meat extracted
Ramen noodles
2 servings
Chicken broth
4 cups
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Mirin
2 tablespoons
Garlic
3 cloves, minced
Ginger
1 tablespoon, grated
Corn kernels
1/2 cup, cooked
Green onions
2, sliced
Nori sheets
2, torn into pieces
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Eggs
2, soft-boiled

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Carefully add the lobster tails and cook for 5-6 minutes or until the shells turn bright red. Remove from the water, let cool, and then extract the meat from the shells. Cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
