2 cups, cooked and roughly chopped
Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Celery
2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Salt
1/4 teaspoon, or to taste
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon, freshly ground
Butter
2 tablespoons, for toasting buns
Hot dog buns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, finely chopped celery, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Stir until well mixed. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
