Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined, then set aside to let the flavors meld.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into four equally sized burger patties, about 1-inch thick.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness (medium is recommended for best flavor).
- While the burgers are cooking, brush the brioche buns with melted butter. Toast the buns lightly on the grill or skillet until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Top with a grilled burger patty, followed by a generous scoop of the lobster mixture. Finally, place the top half of the bun to complete the sandwich.
- Serve immediately while hot, and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures.
Tips
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce or cayenne pepper to the lobster mixture.
- You can substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
- Experiment with different types of lettuce, such as arugula or spinach, for added flavor.
