Lobster meat
1 lb, cooked and chopped
Mayonnaise
1/4 cup
Lemon juice
2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
Chives
2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Salt
1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted butter
4 tablespoons, melted
Hot dog buns
4, split

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, gently combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and black pepper. Mix until everything is well combined, being careful not to break up the lobster chunks.
  2. Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Brush the insides of each hot dog bun generously with the melted butter to ensure an even coating.
  4. Place the buttered buns on the griddle and toast until they are golden brown, approximately 2 minutes per side. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
