- Cheese
- 200 g (7 oz), sliced or grated
- Garlic
- 4 cloves, minced
- White wine
- 150 ml (5 oz)
- Olive oil
- 3 tablespoons
- Salt

- Black pepper
- to taste
- Kitchen twine
- for securing the pork
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Carefully make a lengthwise cut in the pork loin, ensuring not to cut all the way through, to create a pocket for the stuffing.
- Generously stuff the pocket of the pork loin with slices of smoked ham, pieces of sausage, and cheese.
- Once stuffed, close the pork loin and secure it with kitchen twine to hold the filling inside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together minced garlic, white wine, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create a flavorful marinade.
- Place the stuffed pork loin in a roasting pan and pour the garlic and wine mixture evenly over it, allowing the flavors to infuse.
- Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 1.5 hours, or until the pork is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 70°C or 160°F) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let the pork loin rest for about 10 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
- Slice the pork loin into thick pieces and serve with your choice of sides, such as roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
