Crushed ice

Maraschino cherry
1 for garnish
Pineapple wedge
1 for garnish
Mint sprig
1 for garnish
Simple syrup
1/2 ounce
Orgeat syrup
1/2 ounce
Orange liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Curacao)
1 ounce
Fresh lime juice
1 ounce
Dark rum
1 1/2 ounces

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice, ensuring it's packed well.
  2. Add the dark rum, fresh lime juice, orange liqueur, orgeat syrup, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine the ingredients and chill the mixture thoroughly.
