Perfect for summer gatherings or cozy evenings, the Mai Tai is more than just a cocktail; it's a mini-vacation in a glass, garnished with a colorful pineapple wedge and a fragrant mint sprig.

Tips

  • 💡 For an extra layer of flavor, consider floating an additional half ounce of dark rum on top after pouring the cocktail.
  • 💡 Experiment with different rums for varied flavor profiles; a mix of light and dark rum can also create a unique taste.
  • 💡 For a non-alcoholic version, replace the rum with coconut water and enjoy a refreshing mocktail.
