Espresso
2 shots
Milk
1 cup
Manchego cheese
1/4 cup, grated
Honey
1 tablespoon
Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon, plus more for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it is hot but not boiling.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the grated Manchego cheese until it is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  3. In a separate cup, combine the freshly brewed espresso, honey, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Stir well to incorporate the flavors.
  4. Using a frother or a whisk, froth the cheese-infused milk mixture until it becomes creamy and foamy.
  5. Pour the espresso mixture evenly into two cups, then gently top each cup with the frothy Manchego milk.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for a beautiful garnish.
